Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Analyst , you’ll be part of Kustard’s performance team, working directly with the Performance Lead to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads .
You’ll learn to think like a growth strategist — combining data, logic, and creative experimentation to help brands achieve consistent ROI and lead quality improvement.
This is a hands-on, analytical, and fast-paced role — ideal for someone early in their career who’s serious about mastering performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution :
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) .
Data-Driven Optimization :
Monitor key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates; identify trends, and make optimization recommendations.Audience & Funnel Strategy :
Test and refine targeting strategies, audience segments, and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.Analytics & Tracking :
Assist in setting up tracking pixels, GA4 events, and campaign tagging (UTMs, GTM) to ensure accurate performance data.Creative Feedback Loop :
Work with the design and content team to test ad variations and identify top-performing creatives.Reporting & Insights :
Build weekly reports and dashboards; highlight actionable insights and campaign learnings.Experimentation Mindset :
Run structured A / B tests (ad copy, landing pages, audience mix) and share learnings with the broader team.Tool Management :
Use tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio , and Excel / Sheets for campaign tracking and analysis.What We’re Looking For
🎯 Must-Have Skills
6 months–2 years experience in performance marketing , digital marketing, or analytics(agency or brand-side experience preferred)
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Meta Ads and Google AdsUnderstanding of key digital marketing concepts — CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Funnel, AttributionHands-on exposure to analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, GTM, UTM tagging)Excellent logical reasoning and data interpretation skillsStrong Excel / Google Sheets ability for data analysis and reportingAbility to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines🧠 Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with CRM or automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Pabbly)Understanding of retargeting and lookalike audiencesBasic familiarity with creative testing and A / B experimentationGoogle Ads / Meta Ads certification (optional but preferred)
