Key Responsibilities :
HR Strategy & Business Partnering :
- Drive, understand, implement, and focus on key HR initiatives in the assigned state(s).
- Partner effectively with business leaders to support and manage the people agenda to achieve organizational goals.
Recruitment :
Identify regional hiring requirements and coordinate with regional managers to initiate approvals.Manage recruitment costs by sourcing the right talent from relevant industries.Identify internal movement opportunities and facilitate openings in i-Sculpt for central team processing.Ensure timely delivery of offer letters to selected candidates.Onboarding :
Maintain continuous communication with new recruits to ensure smooth job and cultural integration.Compensation :
Ensure offers comply with the minimum and maximum of the pay grade.Benefits :
Provide guidance to employees on benefits and act as a single point of contact for related queries.Ensure benefits reach eligible employees.Performance Management :
Track employee performance and coordinate with central HR on non-performance-related discussions.Drive completion of annual appraisals, mid-year reviews, and KRA submission processes.Employee Engagement :
Regularly connect with employees to understand engagement levels.Facilitate team action planning and implement initiatives arising from action plans.Skills Required
