We are now looking for an HR Operations Specialist to streamline and strengthen our HR function.
Role Overview
The HR Team Leader will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes with a strong focus on HR operations, payroll, compliance, and recruitment. The role requires someone with hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to create efficient systems that ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations : Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Payroll Management : Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including salary inputs, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Recruitment & Hiring : Drive the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding — to secure top talent across roles.
- Compliance & Policies : Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliances, internal HR policies, and best practices.
- Employee Engagement : Support and implement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- HR Analytics & Reporting : Prepare and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and periodic reports for management insights and decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
4–5 years of proven experience in HR operations, payroll, and recruitment .Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliances, and labor laws .Hands-on experience with HR software / HRIS and proficiency in MS Excel and CRM ZOHO.Strong grasp of end-to-end recruitment processes .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.Who You Are
