Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clientDoing Daily call audits for team, agency and agents and making necessary reports on it.Manage team and agency performance, related to the assigned process.To ensure all members of the team agency are fully informed of targets and current sales positions.To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls.To collate, analyse and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.Good in Analytics and strategies.To ensure that the Call Centre KPIs are met.Implementing sales strategiesMonitoring & evaluating the performance of the sales agenciesSetting weekly and monthly sales targetsCompiling and presenting sales reportsThe Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, ideally within the Retail Banking industry.You have a proven track record of meeting / exceeding your targets.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsThe Employer
