VakeelSaab.Com is an ambitious legal-tech startup with a mission to make legal advice accessible, anonymous, and affordable for everyone in India. We’re building India’s first real-time legal consultation platform, enabling users to get legal help in minutes. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our lean and agile team — a product-minded individual eager to make a significant impact on our core offering.

You will be instrumental in shaping the product vision, strategy, and delivery of our platform, owning the product from its nascent stages (0 to 1) through scaling.

What You’ll Do

Product Vision & Strategy : Take complete ownership of key product features and modules, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and continuous iteration. You will be a significant contributor to the product roadmap and overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's ambitious goals.

From 0 to 1 and Beyond : Lead the development of new product functionalities from scratch, tackling complex legal-tech challenges and finding innovative solutions to bring our vision to life in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Requirement Gathering & Detailing : Conduct in-depth market research and user interviews to deeply understand the needs and pain points of individuals seeking legal advice. You will translate these insights into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data analysis to inform your product decisions. This includes analyzing user behavior, tracking key product performance metrics with tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel, and setting up and interpreting A / B tests to drive growth and improve the user experience.

Project & Roadmap Management : Masterfully manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. You will be an expert in using project management tools like Jira to ensure the timely delivery of a high-quality product .

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the central point of contact for your product area, working closely with engineering, UI / UX design, marketing, and legal experts to ensure a shared understanding and seamless execution from concept to launch.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence : Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and trends in the legal-tech space to identify new opportunities and ensure our product remains a leader in the industry.

AI Integration & Modern Practices : Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in the realm of AI, and identify opportunities to leverage them in our product and processes to create a competitive edge.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, ideally within a startup environment.
• A startup mentality — you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and possess a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
• A customer-centric mindset — deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Solid technical acumen — while you don’t need to code, you should understand the software development lifecycle and be comfortable communicating with engineers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
