Product Owner | 2–5 YoE | HealthTech | Pune (On-site)

We’re looking for a

Product Owner

who’s passionate about building intuitive, impactful digital health products that drive better patient outcomes and smarter care delivery.

If you’ve worked with

CRM-based software (Zoho, Freshworks) , in

Value-Based Care , or

Population Health Management , this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Work On

Translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements and user stories

Manage and prioritize the product backlog while collaborating with UX, engineering, and client-facing teams

Drive Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups

Collaborate with UX designers to deliver user-centric, compliant healthcare products

Measure product performance and continuously improve using data-driven insights

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all product-related asks from internal teams and clients

Stay on top of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in healthcare and AI

What You Bring

2–5 years

of experience as a

Product Owner / Product Manager

in tech or healthcare

Hands-on exposure to

CRM systems ,

Value-Based Care , or

Population Health Management

Understanding of the

US healthcare ecosystem ,

EHRs / HIE , and regulatory frameworks

Working knowledge of

Agile methodologies ,

user testing , and stakeholder collaboration

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset — bonus if you can write SQL queries

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Agile certification (CSPO or equivalent) preferred

Familiarity with

BI tools ,

LLMs / AI in healthcare , or

VBC workflows
