Senior Manager responsibilities / qualifications

• . Minimum of 12 years of overall experience, including at least 4 years in people management leading engineering teams and delivering reliable, performant and secure platforms and services.
• . Proven track record of providing technical direction, contributing and driving architectural discussions, and overseeing implementation details.
• . Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• . Ability to translate business needs into clearly defined projects, taking a hands-on approach to guide solution design and implementation.
• . Cultivate and manage engineering excellence by enhancing the skills of team members and supporting their career growth.
• . Facilitate scrum ceremonies, stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog reviews.
• . Meet and collaborate with senior leadership across different time zones to set strategic direction and communicate progress
