Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive at the Junior level to join our team in Mumbai or Pune. This is a full-time position for individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a significant role in expanding our client base, leveraging your skills to connect with key industry players and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM Software with an ability to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless communication with clients.
  • Experience in Salesforce, demonstrating competence in automating workflow and enhancing client engagement.
  • Solid market research skills to identify opportunities and trends that align with company goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills capable of securing favorable terms with clients and partners for successful collaborations.
  • Understanding of digital marketing techniques to effectively promote services and generate business leads.
  • Account management experience ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
  • Inside sales skills to efficiently convert leads into opportunities and support the overall sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport and engaging diverse stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through strategic market research and industry networking.
  • Develop and maintain client relations, ensuring satisfaction and growth of existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage CRM software, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and utilized for targeted marketing.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to effectively position and promote services in a competitive market.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients and partners to achieve optimal business terms and secure partnerships.
  • Track and report sales performance, providing insights to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
