Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager – Sales & Marketing based in Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales and marketing of cocoa products, including Cocoa Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Powder, and Cocoa Beans, across the UAE, GCC region, Europe, Asia, and other global markets . The candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives, strengthen international client relationships, and expand the company’s footprint in priority markets, particularly Europe . Strong networking, negotiation, and leadership skills will be essential to deliver sustainable growth in a competitive global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience : 10–15 years of proven experience in the cocoa industry, with a strong track record in sales and marketing of cocoa products.
• Regional Expertise : Deep knowledge of the UAE and GCC markets , with strong exposure to European markets (preferred).
• Languages : Proficiency in European languages such as French, German, Italian, or Swiss-German will be highly preferred to strengthen engagement with European clients.
• Leadership : Strong skills in team management, general management, and building high-performance sales teams.
• Customer Orientation : Ability to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Skills : Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with proven strategic thinking.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA) is an advantage.
• Industry Background : A candidate with deep expertise in the cocoa industry or substantial experience in the global chocolate manufacturing industry will be most suitable for this role.
• Mobility : Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE, GCC, and international markets .
• Location Flexibility : While the primary sales and marketing office is in the UAE, the candidate may be relocated to other global locations as required.
