Job Role and Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with client objectives, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure strategies are innovative, forward-thinking, and adaptable to industry shifts.
- Provide strategic solutions that position clients as market leaders.
Client Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and project success.Act as the primary point of contact, offering strategic counsel and strong communication.Be familiar with handling client billing, financial accountability, and coordination with accounts teams.Creative Leadership and Direction
Lead and inspire creative teams to deliver innovative branding solutions aligned with business goals.Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and high impact.Team Leadership and Development
Mentor and coach cross-functional teams, fostering growth, skill development, and leadership.Drive a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Demonstrate a strong personality to influence and lead diverse teams effectively.Market Research and Insights
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to refine brand strategies.Use data-driven insights to ensure campaigns remain competitive and relevant.Campaign Performance and ROI Tracking
Measure and evaluate branding campaign performance against KPIs.Use insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.Innovation and Trendsetting
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to explore bold, forward-looking ideas.Implement creative solutions that position clients as trendsetters.Budget & Financial Management
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.Track and report expenses while aligning with project goals.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with accounting, sales, marketing, and digital teams to deliver integrated branding solutions.Ensure smooth coordination across departments for maximum campaign impact.Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in advertising, branding, or client servicing with a proven track record of delivering successful brand campaigns.Agency experience is essential.Excellent client management abilities with experience in handling billing and accounts.Expertise in market research, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable strategies.Strong technical vocabulary, strong leadership skills, strong communication skills, and confident personality to lead teams and client conversations.Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.MBA or advanced degree in branding / advertising is a plus.Creative mindset with a deep understanding of industry trends and innovations.About VOLUME
