Job Description :
- Strong track record in IT solution sales .
- Proven ability to generate $1–2Mn annual revenue exclusively through staffing.
- Extensive market knowledge and ability to leverage personal / professional networks for business growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North and South India.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives .
- Direct sales experience with service and captive business ; individual contributor role with yearly revenue ownership .
- Strong experience in acquiring new clients, creating new business opportunities, and managing large captive accounts.
- Good understanding of the Captives industry , with added exposure to Enterprise Applications and Infrastructure markets .
- Ability to lead customer-facing presentations, discussions, and price / contract negotiations .
- A go-getter who can drive internal teams towards achieving defined goals.
