Learning Development Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Development Expert to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for the facilitation and delivery of key learning programs that support the development of our people.

You will work closely with the global learning team to understand the strategic learning strategy and contribute to it. This includes leading and / or supporting identified global programs, collaborating with the facilitation team according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Your responsibilities will also include ensuring participant certification standards are adhered to, marking program certification requirements fairly and consistently (according to SOPs). You will partner with the Learning Coordinator for program coordination, including scheduling, tracking participation & certification rates, and marketing.

In addition, you will facilitate identified programs, creating an engaging learning environment and navigating varying regional needs from learners. You will also support and / or lead program improvements, reviewing content, design, and delivery for relevance to current business needs and updated learning theory.
