Accounts Receivable Executive

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Accounts team under the CTC group. The ideal candidate will have up to one year of experience in Accounts, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in the Accounts and Finance domain.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations , including customer invoicing and payment tracking.

Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer receipts and reconciliation of customer accounts.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues .

Maintain proper documentation and support for receivables transactions .

Assist in the preparation of AR reports , aging analysis , and other MIS reports as required.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Educational Qualification : MBA in Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent.

Experience : 1 year of experience in Accounts / Finance domain.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.

Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

High level of commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the Accounts function.

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM IST
