Accounts Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to manage a team and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
• Prepare budgets and forecasts based on financial data analysis
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff

Master of Commerce (M.Com), ICWA (CMA), ICWA Inter, Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
