Senior Technical Architect

• Own and evolve the technical architecture of our stablecoin infrastructure and networks.
• Build a high-performing team of developers and partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Lead planning, sprints, and development cycles to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality code.
• Champion best practices in secure coding and fault-tolerant systems.

Key requirements include 6+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in Web3 or DeFi, proficiency in Solidity + EVM experience, and extensive integration experience with DeFi platforms.

Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with compliance / regulatory tech, contributions to open-source projects, and knowledge of stablecoin design models.

Candidates must demonstrate a proactive mindset, evidence of urgency, and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
