About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect (Pega CSSA) with deep expertise in Pega PRPC and hands-on experience architecting and implementing enterprise-grade workflow automation and decisioning solutions.

This role blends advanced technical design, Pega best practices, and next-generation Gen AI integration, enabling digital transformation at scale for our clients.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-performance Pega solutions while driving the adoption of Pega Gen AI capabilities to enhance customer and operational experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Architecture & Solution Design :

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable Pega applications aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
• Lead the technical design sessions, translating business needs into well-architected Pega solutions.
