Overview -

The Manager – People & Culture will be Atomgrid's first HR person and will play a foundational role in shaping our people function. The role will initially focus on talent acquisition ensuring that we hire the best talent across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and business teams. The individual will also set up HR policies, performance management frameworks, employee engagement practices, and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. This is a rare 0→ 1 role with direct impact on Atomgrid's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Lead end-to-end hiring across business, R&D, and operations roles with speed and quality.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, networks, and partnerships.
• Design and implement structured hiring processes, assessment frameworks, and strong candidate experience.
• Partner with founders and BU heads to close senior / critical roles within aggressive timelines.
• Build Atomgrid's employer brand in chemicals and manufacturing talent markets.
