Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing online communities, fostering engagement, moderating discussions, and ensuring a positive user experience. Daily tasks include creating and implementing community strategies, organizing virtual events, responding to community inquiries, and collaborating with content creators.
Qualifications
Community Management, Moderation, and User Engagement skills
Experience in Organizing Events and Managing Virtual Sessions
Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
Social Media Management and Content Creation skills
Excellent Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in the tech or social media industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
