An executive assistant to a Senior Partner, his administrative and information needs, and helps them perform effectively.
EA responsibilities includes :
- Managing the Partner’s schedule : Prioritizing and scheduling appointments, client and staff meetings for review,
- Handling communications for client coordination where required
- Organizing and maintaining records : Keeping accurate records, and maintaining a filing system and contacts database.
- Handling confidential information : Maintaining strict confidentiality with all materials, including sensitive employment matters , firm profile updation, new client correspondence,
- Providing administrative support : Monitoring the assignment progress, staff attendance, coordinating training schedule, team bonding activities, Work Scheduling for project, preparing various MIS to measure the project progress.
- Researching and preparing reports : Gathering information for new leads of client, client research, performing basic library and internet searches, and presenting information in appropriate formats.
- Executive assistants should have strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks. They should also be able to maintain a professional demeanor and should be able to suggest good initiative or suggestion in the interest of the firm.
