Role : Digital Ads & Growth Specialist.

Location : Noida (WFO) / 5 days.

Were seeking a performance-driven Digital Ads Specialist with 5+ years of experience in managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.

The role involves designing and optimizing high-impact ad campaigns, managing budgets with a focus on ROI, and collaborating with creative teams to build engaging, Web3-aligned assets.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of targeting strategies, conversion tracking tools, and A / B testing, with a proven record of scaling campaigns and achieving ROAS goals.

What will you get to do?

• Design and execute high-performance ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and YouTube ecosystems to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Optimize ad creatives, copy, and placement strategy using real-time performance data and A / B testing techniques.
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies with an eye on ROI and cost-efficiency across multiple geographies.
• Collaborate with content creators and design teams to develop engaging ad assets and storytelling formats aligned with Web3 brand narratives.
• Track and report key ad metrics, drawing insights to iterate and improve campaign impact.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, audience behavior shifts, and Web3 community engagement patterns to inform campaign design.

Skills & 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube.

Hiring Process : 3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & Senior leaders.
