Role Overview :

As the Marketing - Assistant Manager / Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility and engagement through compelling content, impactful social media strategies, and meaningful partnerships. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical mindset, and relationship-building skills to position Altre as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities :

Content & SEO

• Implement SEO best practices to increase content visibility and organic traffic.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business goals.
• Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content across blogs, newsletters, case studies, & thought leadership posts
• Collaborate with internal teams (research, product, sales) to generate data-driven and storytelling content.

Brand Strategy : Shape and implement brand strategies that position Altre as a leader in the digital commercial real estate space and enhance the company’s visibility across various channels.

Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, research, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all content formats and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Partnerships & Collaborations : Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to enhance brand credibility and exposure.

Performance & Analytics : Track and report campaign performance across content, social media, and partnerships.
