Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and entrepreneurial
Area Sales Manager
to lead the growth of a Gastroenterology product portfolio across the Delhi NCR region. The role involves driving business expansion, increasing market share, and building long-term partnerships with hospitals, KOLs, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Drive significant growth of Gastroenterology products in the assigned territory.
Enhance both market penetration and share across partner hospitals.
Identify, develop, and manage channel partners to expand regional reach.
Build and maintain strong, ethical relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and hospital staff.
Monitor the competitive landscape and implement strategic initiatives to gain market share.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and set weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards, policies, and procedures.

In-depth knowledge of the Delhi NCR healthcare landscape.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
