About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Executive

with at least

1 year of experience

to support our HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and providing day-to-day HR support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication

Assist in performance management and appraisal processes

Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements

Address employee queries and provide HR support

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum

1 year of HR experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
