Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing overall human resources activities. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves addressing employee grievances, promoting a positive work environment, and contributing to the strategic planning of the HR department.

Qualifications

HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills

Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies

Competence in Employee Relations

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
