About the Role

As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in end-to-end bid management, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, competitive, and compelling proposals that win major client deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end RFP / RFI / RFQ process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
• Collaborate with sales, CoE leaders, and SMEs to create tailored, winning proposals and presentations.
• Drive bid project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor junior team members on proposal writing and best practices.
• Conduct win / loss reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge repositories, proposal templates, and reusable content libraries.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence.
