Credit Investment Analyst

Investment Analyst / Associate – Private Credit & Growth Debt

We’re looking for an Investment Analyst / Associate to support our senior investment team across origination, evaluation, execution, syndication, and portfolio monitoring . The role offers full-cycle exposure to venture debt and private credit transactions across diverse sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate & Execute Deals : Prepare investment memos, conduct financial and business due diligence, support underwriting, structuring, and end-to-end transaction execution.
• Origination Support : Perform market / sector research, track borrower / sponsor activity, and assist in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Portfolio Monitoring : Analyse portfolio performance, track covenants, prepare reviews and dashboards, and flag early warning indicators.
• Internal Collaboration : Work with legal, risk, and operations teams;

support fund reporting,investor updates, and portfolio reviews.
