Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
- Lead the HR team and oversee all HR functions at the site
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Partner with site leadership to support organizational development and change management
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with corporate HR to ensure consistency and alignment with company policies
- Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees and managers

Education Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMaster's degree in HRM or MBA in HR is preferredExperience
20-25 years of experience in and 5-10 years in the Power / Energy industry.Expertise in handling the site team of HR - IR, ER, Admin and medical team.Demonstrated expertise in HR practices, policies, and proceduresProven track record of leading HR initiatives and driving organizational successCertification Required
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRMP) is a plusSkills Required
