We are looking for a passionate and proactive Field Marketing Associate to join our team in Nashik Vidyapeeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing local marketing activities, and supporting student acquisition initiatives. Proficiency in Marathi and prior experience in the EdTech sector are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and events to promote Physics Wallah's academic programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and local institutions for collaborations and student engagement.
• Conduct field visits, distribute marketing materials, and ensure brand visibility across key locations.
• Collect leads and feedback to support sales and academic teams in achieving enrollment targets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution of promotional strategies and event logistics.
