• Handle customer queries & client communications
• Join group tours as a Tour Captain, ensuring smooth coordination and guest management
• Support in tour operations & on-ground activities when required

• Basic knowledge of Marketing, SMM, SEO & Content Writing
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills (must be confident with people)
• Leadership qualities to manage groups during tours
• Proactive, adaptable & eager to learn
