We have built a brand that speaks human, and we're looking for a fellow rebel to join the squad where the Marketing Intern will support day-to-day brand and community initiatives for Luna

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and reviews on social media, Reddit, and other platforms.
• Handle concerns and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and in Luna's brand voice.
• Identify potential risks or issues in online discussions and flag them to the team & proactively recommend potential solutions.
• Support the Brand Manager in maintaining consistent customer communication across ongoing campaigns.
• Help maintain a positive and trustworthy online brand image.
