Civil Draftsman Job Description : -

It is our goal to hire a talented Civil Draftsman (ITI / diploma in civil). The primary responsibility of this position will be to participate in the discussion of window elevations with the architect and clients. According to what has been discussed with them (Architect and Client), he or she is responsible for preparing a drawing for commercial offer..

Experience : -

minimum 2-5 years proven experience as civil draftsman. It would be advantageous if you had experience working in an architect's office.

Civil Draftsman's Role & Responsibilities : -

• Coordination with the architect's office and the client to determine the requirements and applications.
• Creating window elevations (a detailed schedule of windows) in AutoCAD and marking windows on floor plans.
• Submission of the drawing to the estimation department.
• Coordinating with the internal departments of estimation, civil site, and sales to stay up-to-date on the project.
• Managing the drawing of a project from start to finish.
