Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Manager based in Coimbatore. The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage and motivate the team to meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include monitoring store performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing sales strategies, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory. The role also involves fostering a collaborative work environment and upholding SIMCO's high standards of service.
