Job Purpose

• Build up sales and service infrastructure through identifying quality channel partners, retain them by ensuring profitability.
• Responsible for customer service through higher TNPS / EQ, sales and revenue targets across all products (voice - postpaid / prepaid, data etc.)
• Achievement of key targets (Revenue, RoI) for FOFO channel
• Execution of all strategies and plans for the FOFO channel
