We are looking for a candidate with
excellent communication skills
who is passionate about helping customers and ensuring a smooth experience while using the platform. This is a
non-sales role
focused purely on
customer support and issue resolution .
Roles and Responsibilities :
Assist users by addressing their queries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat.
Help customers navigate the platform and understand how to use its features effectively.
Identify and communicate potential roadblocks customers may face while using the platform.
Collaborate with internal teams including product, tech, and account managers to troubleshoot and escalate issues.
Provide quick, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer questions and concerns.
Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and a customer-first attitude while managing daily queries.
Share suggestions and feedback from customers internally to improve product experience.
Requirements : Must have completed
graduation from a full-time program .
Minimum
0.5 years of experience
in any customer-facing role (internships included).
Strong
verbal and written English communication
skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
