Sr Support Engineer -GMI

Application and user support of the vendor application GMI (vendor - FIS) , GMI is a back-office clearing and accounting system for exchange-traded derivatives, futures and options, and over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives.

Project involves Support and Maintenance of the GMI application.

Since the application is running on AS / 400 system, technical knowledge is must have. Application training will be provided after onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L3 support for the GMI application.
• Support and maintain the GMI application for exchange-traded derivatives, futures, options, and OTC derivatives.
• Ensure smooth operation of the application on the AS / 400 system.
