This role is for someone who’s lived and breathed D2C, lifestyle, or design-led brands — someone who can turn products into stories and visuals into emotion.
The Role
As Head of Brand & Storytelling, you’ll define how VIVRE looks, sounds, and feels to the world.
You’ll shape the creative philosophy behind our campaigns, social presence, and product launches — from concept to content to execution.
You’ll build the system that connects design, storytelling, and digital culture — and lead a small but ambitious team of designers, editors, and content creators.
What You’ll Do
Develop VIVRE’s brand philosophy, tone, and identity system for the Rainbow Series and beyond.Create the first brand book — color palette, typography, design codes, and voice.Conceptualize campaigns and digital storytelling formats that make materials feel emotional and desirable.Oversee content creation across social, film, and digital, guiding a multidisciplinary team.Collaborate closely with the Founder to translate brand vision into tangible creative direction.Plan and execute product launches, collaborations, and social storytelling calendars.Build scalable processes for consistent, aesthetic content output across all mediums.Who You Are
6–12 years of experience in brand, content, or creative leadership roles for D2C / lifestyle / design / fashion / beauty brands.A thinker-doer who can move fluidly between strategy, copy, and visual storytelling.Strong understanding of digital culture — Reels, video content, influencer-driven storytelling.Excellent taste — you know how to make something look and feel premium without over-designing it.Proven experience working with creative teams (designers, editors, writers, agencies).Collaborative, structured, and feedback-positive — not chaotic or corporate.Based in, or open to relocating to Kolkata.Why Join
