KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.
• Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products / services to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and maintain active engagement with potential customers.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and field sales teams to maximize conversions.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback to management.
