We are seeking a proactive and experienced SAP Support Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to provide Level 1 and 2 support in a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has proven, hands-on experience in the SAP S / 4HANA environment and a strong ability to troubleshoot, configure, and resolve user-reported issues across key modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- SAP Support : Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 SAP support for critical modules, including MM, SD, PP, PM, and PS.
You will be the primary point of contact for end-user support.
Troubleshooting & Resolution : You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, and resolving user-reported issues in a timely manner.Configuration & Enhancements : Execute hands-on configuration and implement minor enhancements within the various SAP modules to meet business Skills :SAP Platform : Proven experience in the SAP S / 4HANA Environment.SAP Modules : Expertise in providing support for MM, SD, PP, PM, and PS modules.Problem-Solving : Strong skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and & Education :Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years of SAP experience, with at least 1-2 years in hands-on role is exclusively for candidates with proven experience in a product-based company within the manufacturing industry.Education : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.Location :
