SAP Support Specialist - FI / CO Integration

Location : Ernakulam

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L1 & L2 support for SAP functional issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform hands-on configuration in one or more SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO) and manage integration points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and propose permanent fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis and external consultants for escalations.
• Maintain documentation for configuration changes, processes, and workflows.
• Provide SAP support during month-end and year-end closing activities.

What Were Looking For :

Education : Bachelors degree in IT, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.

Experience : 35 years in SAP within the IT department of a manufacturing company.

Core Expertise : SAP configuration in at least one core module (MM / SD / PP / FI / CO).
