Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager for our Liability division in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the insurance sector, with a focus on developing strategies that drive growth and enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve national targets for liability products.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the region.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 15-20 years of experience in sales management, particularly in liability insurance or financial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the liability insurance market and regulatory landscape in India.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
