We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager for our Liability division in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the insurance sector, with a focus on developing strategies that drive growth and enhance client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve national targets for liability products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the region.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications
15-20 years of experience in sales management, particularly in liability insurance or financial services.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.In-depth knowledge of the liability insurance market and regulatory landscape in India.Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
