Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers through field visits, leads, and referrals.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing CASA clients .
- Cross-sell banking products such as FD / RD, insurance, loans, and investment products .
- Conduct customer onboarding, KYC verification, and ensure compliance.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets .
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
