This client-facing role involves managing walk-in clients, converting qualified leads into successful sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience at our project site in South Mumbai.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Engage and consult walk-in clients, presenting project details including features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to drive sales conversions.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations effectively to close deals.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and CRM teams for smooth documentation and payment processes.
- Track and manage leads through Salesforce CRM , maintaining accurate and updated records.
- Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation through campaigns and referrals.
- Share sales insights, MIS reports, and market updates with senior management.
👤 Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field .10–12 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with a strong track record in closures.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.In-depth understanding of RERA regulations , real estate documentation, and payment processes.Ability to handle diverse clientele including HNI, NRI, and first-time home buyers .
