Job Description :
The Customer Experience Data Analyst role exists to build an infrastructure for structured customer experience insights using industry standard tools like Power BI, AWS connectors, SAP, Salesforce & Genesys data lakes or platforms. The candidate will ensure accurate representations of data which will be used for strategic business reviews and organizational decision making.
This will be a 13 / 5 support role which would require a flexible schedule in terms of working hours & working days supporting the US time zone primarily.
