Kennedia Blu Restaurant, Ghaziabad’s first premium BYOB spot, is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations, elevate guest experience, and drive revenue through both B2C and B2B channels.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Kennedia Blu Restaurant in Ghaziabad. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage team members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Other responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring inventory, implementing business strategies, resolving customer complaints, and working to achieve operational and financial objectives while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations ensuring world-class service and ambiance.
• Manage and mentor service, kitchen, and floor staff.

• Ensure seamless guest experience for BYOB customers.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational compliance.
• Oversee inventory, vendor management, and cost control.
• Collaborate with marketing for events, promotions, and brand building.
• Handle guest relations, VIP engagement, and issue resolution.
