Kennedia Blu Restaurant, Ghaziabad’s first premium BYOB spot, is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations, elevate guest experience, and drive revenue through both B2C and B2B channels.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Kennedia Blu Restaurant in Ghaziabad. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage team members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Other responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring inventory, implementing business strategies, resolving customer complaints, and working to achieve operational and financial objectives while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations ensuring world-class service and ambiance.

Manage and mentor service, kitchen, and floor staff.

Drive

corporate / B2B sales

including group bookings, events, and tie-ups.

Ensure seamless guest experience for BYOB customers.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational compliance.

Oversee inventory, vendor management, and cost control.

Collaborate with marketing for events, promotions, and brand building.

Handle guest relations, VIP engagement, and issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For

MBA

or Bachelor’s in Hospitality / Hotel Management (preferred).

8–12 years

of hospitality experience with senior leadership exposure.

Experience in customer service and delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and operations planning.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.

Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations related to the restaurant industry.

Familiarity with premium BYOB restaurant concepts is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Prior experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.

Prior experience in

premium dining, lounges, BYOB, nightlife, or experience-led restaurants .

Strong B2B / corporate sales background.

Ability to manage high-footfall environments with poise.
