Work Mode : Hybrid : 7+years (6 years Type : Contract to hire Period : Immediate Skills :

• Requirements Gathering : Conducting workshops interviews and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs.
• Process Design : Defining and designing ServiceNow solutions tailoring them to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
• Gap Analysis : Identifying gaps between existing processes and desired futurestate processes recommending solutions and improvements.
• Solution Implementation : Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Documentation : Creating user stories process documentation training materials and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
• Training and Support : Providing postimplementation support training and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.
• Business Value : Articulating the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrating how ServiceNow can improve business :
• 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
• Must have good Understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organization.
• Experience in Design configure and customize ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process.

Must have experience in the design and implementation of the modules below :

1. ServiceNow Sales and Order Management Order and Quote management.

2. Supplier Lifecycle Operations SLO.

3. Customer Service Management CSM module.
