Inventory & Assurance Manager

We are a growing bootstrapped startup started in 2025 in the spiritual wellbeing space, dedicated to bringing meaningful, mindful, and quality products to our community. We're looking for an inventory professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building efficient systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage product inventory across multiple channels (online and offline).
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, warehousing or related operations role.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor product movement.
• Coordinate with suppliers & logistics.
• Implement quality assurance checks for incoming and outgoing products.
• Use inventory management tools / software to track SKUs, reorder points, lead times, aging / slow-moving stock, stockouts, and excess.
• Understanding of inventory KPIs (e.g., stock turns, stock accuracy, ageing, obsolescence) and cost / leakage controls.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms especially Shopify ) and how inventory reflects in online storefronts.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure processes meet brand standards.
• Generate regular inventory reports and analytics to support business decisions.
