What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple testing projects across various domains and programmes.
• Oversee pre-production activities and ensure timely approval of all testing deliverables.
• Manage teams of 30–50 resources, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
• Translate service owner requirements into actionable test plans and ensure execution.
• Coordinate test planning and execution, ensuring milestones are met.
• Fulfil the role of testing coordinator across development projects or services.
• Develop and review estimates for test schedules, effort, and cost using best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing to ensure quality and timelines.
• Manage test tools, environments, and configuration activities.
• Drive transition and delivery of new testing services.
• Rationalise testing strategies to achieve operational efficiencies.
• Report service delivery status using agreed templates and processes.
• Chair test review and exit board meetings.
