Key Strategy & Conceptualization
- Partner with the Product Marketing and Leadership teams to brainstorm, plan, and develop high-impact creative campaigns.
- Design a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, print ads, digital campaigns, social media creatives (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), emailers, landing pages, and short videos.
- Ensure creative concepts align with brand guidelines, target audience needs, and strategic business objectives.
Design Execution & Leadership
Own the creative process end-to-end, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.Provide creative direction and hands-on design support while balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.Project & Resource Management
Leverage management skills to plan, prioritize, and track design projects effectively.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and improve workflows to reduce turnaround time.Maintain a focus on efficiency, scalability, and process optimization.Quality & Brand Governance
Uphold high design standards and attention to detail across all deliverables.Ensure consistent adherence to partner brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Management (e.g., BBA, MBA) or related field is mandatory; specialization in Marketing, Creative Strategy, or Communications preferred.5+ years of creative experience in an agency, corporate marketing team, or startup environment.Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma, and InVideo.Familiarity and interest in integrating AI-driven tools in design workflows.Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
