Key Responsibilities :
Drive new business acquisition for colocation, managed hosting, and cloud connectivity services.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Engage with CXOs, CIOs, and IT leaders to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.
Lead complex negotiations involving legal, commercial, and technical terms.
Develop account plans, forecasts, and strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, presales, legal) and external partners / OEMs to deliver winning proposals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor landscape, and evolving customer requirements.
Requirements :
5–8 years of enterprise / BFSI sales experience in IT or data centre solutions.
Strong understanding of data centre services, cloud, and managed hosting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with CXOs and IT infrastructure teams.
